Frances Lucero Bustamante or as most call her Fran was born and raised here in Albuquerque, NM. Fran has been painting since 1982 and has studied under Bette Harris, Peter Walker, and Bob Vigil. She has AIA juried and exhibited slides in New York, exhibited Magnifico in Albuquerque, exhibited Decolores at the University of New Mexico, exhibited Littlest Gallery in Albuquerque, exhibited at senior centers in Albuquerque, exhibited at El Paso International Exhibition Museum of Fine Arts, exhibited at Rio Grande Arts & Crafts, juried, exhibited, and sold at New Mexico Hispanic Fine Arts Fair. Her works can be seen done in oil, pastels, watercolors, and acrylics.
